These terms describe purchases of the Complete Decision Toolkit through our checkout. Please read them with our privacy notice and refund policy.
What you are buying
The Complete Decision Toolkit includes the book, 38-drill workbook, three worked examples, Quick Start, Tool Selector, and reusable Decision Brief and Decision Review sheets. It is a downloadable digital product. No physical item is shipped.
The workbook is printable. The two reusable sheets also have separate fillable editions. A PDF reader and a device able to download and open a ZIP archive are needed. Contact us if you have trouble accessing your files.
The recorded course is in production and is not sold as a completed part of this toolkit offer. This statement does not override any update or companion-resource rights already granted in your purchased materials or original offer. Joining the course-interest list does not purchase the course, reserve a place, or create a charge. Any future course offer will state its own contents, availability, access conditions, and price before payment.
Price and payment
The toolkit price is $49 USD as a one-time payment, including applicable tax. Any tax we are required to collect is included within that $49; it is not added on top. Checkout shows the total before you authorize payment. There is no recurring subscription for this purchase. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion fees if you pay from an account in another currency.
An optional marketing signup does not affect your price or ability to purchase. No additional product is charged without a separate purchase authorization.
Delivery and access
After successful payment, the confirmation page provides access to the download, and an access email is sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam folder and contact support if it does not arrive. You do not need to buy another offer or join an email list to receive your purchase.
Save a copy of the downloaded files for your use. Downloaded files do not require an ongoing subscription. A particular download link may change. This does not remove an existing promise of access to updates or companion resources. If you need help obtaining a purchased file again, contact support with your order details.
Use of the materials
Your purchase allows you to read the materials, print copies for your own use, and complete the reusable sheets for your personal and professional decisions. You may share your own completed briefs and reviews with people involved in those decisions. This does not permit resale, public posting of the source files, distribution of the book or workbook to others, or use of the materials as a product or training course for sale. Contact us about team or training permissions.
You retain ownership of the original information you enter in your completed exercises. The source materials remain protected by their owners' intellectual-property rights. Any expressly granted earlier purchase rights remain in effect; these terms do not remove them.
Educational purpose
The toolkit provides educational methods for examining decisions. It does not guarantee a particular outcome, promotion, financial result, or resolution of a workplace dispute. You are responsible for checking relevant facts and following the approval requirements, policies, and professional obligations that apply to your situation. Fictional worked examples are illustrations, not customer results.
Refunds and problems
The toolkit is covered by our 30-day refund policy. Contact support if your files are missing, damaged, or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and existing purchases
The description and terms presented when you purchase govern that purchase. Later changes do not remove rights already promised to existing buyers. New products, recorded instruction, and future services are included only when the relevant offer expressly says so. The book states that buyers retain access to ongoing updates and companion resources as the method expands. We honor that commitment and any broader rights granted in the original offer. Contact us with your purchase details before paying for a related upgrade if you believe it falls within your existing entitlement.
International purchases
We offer the digital toolkit worldwide where permitted by law and supported by our payment provider. The checkout charge remains $49 USD including applicable tax. The amount shown in your own currency can differ because of exchange rates and provider fees.
We provide the download after successful payment. Our 30-day refund promise applies to international customers as well. It does not replace or shorten statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or other mandatory consumer rights. We are not asking you to waive those rights through these terms. Contact support to exercise an applicable right.
