30-day toolkit refund policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026.
If the Complete Decision Toolkit is not right for you, email jason@thestoicstrategist.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund. You do not need to complete the workbook or explain why you are requesting a refund.
Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number, if available, so we can locate the purchase. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or payment-account credentials.
What is refunded
We will refund the full $49 USD toolkit payment, including any tax included in that amount, to the original payment method. If you paid a different amount under an expressly offered promotion, we will refund the amount actually paid for that purchase, including its tax. We do not charge a refund administration fee. Currency-conversion charges or other fees separately charged by your bank or payment provider are controlled by that provider.
This policy covers the toolkit even if you have downloaded the files. Because it is a digital product, there is no physical item to return. After a refund, please stop using the refunded product and delete your copies. You may keep the original decision content you wrote yourself.
Processing
We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider and bank. If you have not received a response or need help tracing a refund, contact the same support address.
Access issues and other rights
If a file will not download or open, contact us for help. You do not have to troubleshoot before requesting a refund within the 30-day period. This policy does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
The policy applies to the Complete Decision Toolkit. Future course, clinic, and presale purchases will display their applicable refund terms before payment. A toolkit refund does not automatically determine the treatment of a separate purchase.
